Shipping
The Canine Social Company ships across Canada via Canada Post. Shipping rates are calculated in the checkout based on the size and dimensions of the products in your order.
We will do our best to process your shipment as quickly as possible. Our shipping services are accompanied with a tracking number. The tracking number will be generated once your order is picked and packed, ready for shipping. We aim to ship your package within 24 hours of your order receipt during business hours.
Returns
Please notify us if you wish to return your shipment. We provide a 30 day window from the time of order receipt to hear from you.
We will forward you our return instructions to you at that time. Please include your return form within your parcel. Please note we are not able to refund your original shipment fee.
All shipping fees for returns are to be paid by the shipper.
Please note that all products must be in their original, unused, unworn condition. We cannot accept returned with animal hair, dirt and dust.
Once we receive your returned parcel, we will review the condition of the item and confirm whether we can accept your return. In the rare case we are unable to accept your return, we will notify you of our decision and prepare the shipment to return to you.
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
