Ruff Wear designed the Sun Shower Rain Jacket to be lightweight, but fully waterproof to help keep your pooch dry through the whole walk.  PVC-free waterproof fabric with an oversized storm collar provides extra protection from the elements.  Non-insulated design works well on warmer days and layers well and has reflective trim.
